At DONG Energy we have a thorough recruitment process designed to give you a complete picture of our company and the position to be filled. It also provides us with a good knowledge of your qualifications and how you will use them to carry out the role.
After the closing date for applications, we review every application carefully before shortlisting candidates for interview. If you are on the shortlist, we will invite you to attend a first interview. We will also be in touch if you are not shortlisted. However, in many cases, we do not send a rejection note until the position has been filled.
Your first interview is likely to take place in the location of vacancy. It is designed to give you – and us – the opportunity to explore the potential of a working relationship. If we see you as a strong candidate for the role, we will invite you to attend a second interview.
Its purpose is to align our expectations with yours by focusing on your qualifications and what you expect of the position, your future colleagues and DONG Energy’s culture and values.
We may use a variety of test in our assessment and our dialogue with you. The test varies depending on the position in question. It may be technical or psychometric tests. Our psychometric tests are all approved by the
British Physiological Society
