If you are on the shortlist, we will invite you to attend a first interview. We will also be in touch if you are not shortlisted. However, in many cases, we do not send a rejection note until the position has been filled. Your first interview is likely to take place in the location of vacancy. It is designed to give you – and us – the opportunity to explore the potential of a working relationship. If we see you as a strong candidate for the role, we will invite you to attend a second interview. Its purpose is to align our expectations with yours by focusing on your qualifications and what you expect of the position, your future colleagues and DONG Energy’s culture and values. We may use a variety of test in our assessment and our dialogue with you. The test varies depending on the position in question. It may be technical or psychometric tests. Our psychometric tests are all approved by the British Physiological Society.
