In DONG Energy our values; result-oriented, responsible and responsive form the basis of all our actions.

DONG Energy is an energy company of major importance to our society, and that is something we take seriously. We act responsibly towards our employees and in cooperation with the individual employee we consistently seek to create the best possible framework for the professional life in order to create a balance between private life, family life and other interests.

In order to develop and improve we must be able to listen. We spend time on our colleagues, we focus on the professional and personal development requests of the individual and emphasize this in our internal development programmes and in our daily communication within the company.
